​A roof coating is a rubber membrane that is sprayed or painted on a flat or low-pitched roof giving it a seamless waterproof covering when it dries. Rubber implies elastic which allows for the membrane to flex with temperature shifts. Also, it dries to a reflective white coating that will reflect as much as 92 % of the Sun’s rays away from the building. This will cause the building to run almost 20 degrees cooler.

​Roof coatings can be applied over existing flat or low pitch roofs to avoid costly tear off and replacement- much reduced labor costs. The application process is fast and requires no large commitment of space- letting business, under the roof, to take place as usual. The coating will seal microscopic holes when applied to a clean debris free roof. Serious faults in the original roof, such as leaks, cracking, split seams and blistering should be fixed before a roof coating.

Weather Risks are significant.
Roof coatings should not be installed on a rainy, humid and windy day because moisture will cause blistering, bubbles and thinning of the coat. The coating can dry in about 24 hours during a hot dry day.
