 Henrico Roofing, we service any type of home, commercial, business, church, and office roofs for the Henrico, VA area and beyond including Chesterfield, Powhatan, Mechanicsville, Petersburg and more. We have served clients in Henrico and beyond for 3 generations proving commitment to community, hard work, and ethical business practices. ​We install and repair the following types of roofing: asphalt shingles, wood tile, slate shingle, metal/tin, plastic polymer, clay tile and tar and gravel roofs. 

Roofing Consultations

During the complementary onsite roof assessment, we will first listen to your descriptions of the roofs faults, plans you have for the property, absolutes that have to be adhered to (HOA agreements), and what your desires are for the roof. Next, the roof inspection will take place (we would like to get access to the attic to check ventilation). Finally, after a day or two of figuring all material costs  and labor costs, a written proposal detailing all that will be done including figured costs and proposed time schedule will be sent, at your preference by E-mail or delivered in person.

What We promise to Do for our Clients

1. Henrico Roofing’s personal will arrive at your property the day and time we said we would.
2. We do not practice pressure sales as they are distasteful to all involved.
3. Copies of our certifications, business license, and insurance policies are taped to our business vehicles- just ask and we’ll point them out.
4. All material brought to the site will be in original packages available for your inspection (to make sure it’s the same quality you ordered).  
5. At end of day clean-up will be done- including using the magnetic to pick up dropped nails and jagged bits of flashing.
